Message From RTS Calling all cyclists and cycle trailers!
The Reclaim the Streets action for Mayday is: We are asking everyone who comes along on the day to bring along a seedling or sapling (or ten) a container, some soil and a bottle of water! However, there will be some essential items that are too big to carry and we hope that's where other cyclists can help out. There is to be a critical mass on May 1st meeting at: Testbericht Hyde Park Corner at 10am The aim is to carry some seeds, seedlings and saplings in bike baskets and trailers and give out fliers and free seeds to everyone you meet on your cycling travels that morning. We hope that some of the people we meet will then want to come down and join everyone in: Testberichte Parliament Square at 11am going off for some 'Avant-Gardening' with everyone else. If you can bring along your trailers and baskets to the critical mass on the Friday before Mayday (April 28th) that would be great as we can give you saplings etc to take away - so that you have them on the day.
